Founded in 1966 by former Arizona State Prison inmate William Benitez, Narconon centers have supplied drug rehabilitation treatment (for adults), education and prevention services (for both adults and pre-adults) for more than 40 years. The Narconon approach is based on techniques developed by author and philosopher L. Ron Hubbard.
